At Webskynet IT Solution, we strive to provide high-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Eligibility for Refund

    Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • There is a major technical failure that Webskynet IT Solution is unable to resolve.
  • The cancellation request is made within 15 days from the start of the project.
  • If the project is canceled after 15 days of initiation, only 30% or less of the total payment may be refunded, depending on the work completed.

2. Non-Refundable Services

    Certain services are non-refundable, including:

  • Domain name registrations, hosting, and third-party tool subscriptions.
  • Digital marketing services (such as SEO, social media marketing, and paid ads) once the campaign has started.
  • Website development projects once significant work has been completed.
  • Custom software solutions where the development process has begun.

3. Currency Exchange & Transaction Fees

  • If the client has made a payment in a foreign currency, any currency exchange fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the client.
  • Webskynet IT Solution will not be responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates between the time of payment and refund processing.
  • The company will only refund 30% or less of the total payment after 15 days of project initiation, based on the progress of the work.

4. Refund Request Process

    To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a written refund request to support@webskynet.com, stating the reason for the request.
  • Our team will review the request within 7-10 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.

5. Partial Refunds

  • In cases where a project has been partially completed or a service partially utilized, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed and expenses incurred.
  • No refunds will be issued for projects that are substantially completed.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a refund request is denied and you wish to dispute the decision, you may contact our support team for further discussion. We believe in transparent communication and will work towards a fair resolution.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

Webskynet IT Solution reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be available on our website.
